9:10 for GROUP 1 (21 mph+ group, slower in winter)

09:15 for GROUP 2 (20 mph group, slower in winter)

09:17 for GROUP 3 (18-19 mph group, slower in winter)

09:20 for GROUP 4 (17-18 mph group)

09:22 Social Group (14-16 mph)

Detailed Route 
QoS Arena – Caution traffic when leaving town – Lochfield Rd – Terregles St – Victoria/Albert Rd – Castle Douglas Rd – New Abbey Rd – A710 Coast Rd – New Abbey – Sandyhills – Colvend – Dalbeattie – turn LEFT to go over narrow bridge / traffic lights – turn LEFT after crossing bridge – onto A711 – Palnackie – turn right onto B736 (signposted Gelston / Castle Douglas) – follow B736 (turning RIGHT for Castle Douglas) – enter Castle Douglas on St. Andrews St – turn RIGHT onto Queen St – straight over at roundabout onto Ernespie Rd – take RIGHT turn onto Old Military Rd – Haugh of Urr – Milton – Lochfoot – Cargenbridge – Dumfries.
