09:15 for GROUP 2 (20 mph group, slower in winter)

09:17 for GROUP 3 (18-19 mph group, slower in winter)

09:20 for GROUP 4 (17-18 mph group)

09:22 Social Group (14-16 mph)

Detailed Route 
QoS Arena – caution traffic when leaving town – Lochfield Rd – Terregles St. – Victoria Ave/Albert Rd – Castle Douglas Rd – New Abbey Rd – New Abbey – A710 – Colvend – Dalbeattie – turn LEFT to go over bridge (traffic lights) – Turn LEFT through traffic lights onto A711 – turn RIGHT onto B736 towards Gelston – before Gelston turn RIGHT to stay on B736 and head to Castle Douglas – in Castle Douglas turn RIGHT onto Queen St – at roundabout take 2nd exit for Ernespie Rd – go straight through next roundabout – turn RIGHT onto Military Rd – Haugh of Urr – Milton – Lochfoot – Cargenbridge – Dumfries.
