QoS Arena - Glasgow St – Buccleuch St – Edinburgh Rd (A701) – Locharbriggs - Turn LEFT onto Quarry Rd – At crossroads turn RIGHT for Amisfield – take another right and then a sharp left after a short descent – climb through Amisfield – Cross A701 - Follow road through to Templand – turn RIGHT onto B7020 for Lochmaben – Lochmaben – Turn RIGHT in Lochmaben to continue on the B7020 to Dalton – Dalton – follow B725 (LEFT turn) – Hoddom – at bottom of descent turn LEFT – over narrow bridge – then turn RIGHT for Ecclefechan – In Ecclefechan turn RIGHT on B7076 – follow road then come off onto the B722 to go over the M74 and head for Annan – In Annan turn RIGHT onto High St and head for B724 (turning left onto B724 after leaving town) – Cummertrees – turn LEFT before Clarencefield and follow B725 – Bankend – turn RIGHT for Bankend Hill – Dumfries.
