QoS Arena - Out of Town – Locharbriggs – Amisfield – Ae – Barony College – Templand – Lochmaben – Dalton – Hoddom – Brydekirk – B722 – Annan – B724 – Bankend – Dumfries.
Detailed Route
QoS Arena – caution traffic when leaving town – Lochfield Rd – Glasgow St – Buccleuch St – Edinburgh Rd – A701 – Locharbriggs – turn LEFT onto Quarry Rd – straight over crossroads – Ae Village – turn RIGHT towards Parkgate – caution on A701 and then turning RIGHT from A701 to Barony College / Templand / Lochmaben – continue towards Templand (do not take the early turn off for Lochmaben) – in Templand turn RIGHT onto B7020 – Lochmaben – turn RIGHT in Lochmaben to continue on B7020 to Dalton – in Dalton take the LEFT to Hoddom (B725) – at bottom of hill turn RIGHT onto B723 – after approx. 1½ miles turn LEFT to Brydekirk – once through Brydekirk turn RIGHT at the crossroads (signposted Annan) – at junction with B722 turn RIGHT towards Annan – caution traffic in Annan – through Annan High St – turn onto B724 (Low Rd) – take the LEFT before Clarencefield for Bankend – Bankend and onwards to Dumfries.
