QoS Arena – caution traffic when leaving town – Lochfield Rd – Glasgow St – Buccleuch St - Whitesands – St Michaels St – Glencaple Rd – Glencaple – Bankend – Turn RIGHT to follow B725 – join B724 turn RIGHT towards Annan – on approaching Annan turn LEFT onto B721 then RIGHT onto B723 – Hoddom – continue on B723 to Lockerbie – go over M74 flyover – at roundabout join B7076 (APR) – after about 3½ miles take the turn off for Millhousebridge (RIGHT turn) – Millhousebridge – Templand – Shieldhill – Amisfield – straight on at crossroads for Duncow – caution on twisty narrow descent – at junction turn LEFT for Kirkton – Kirkton – Heathhall – Dumfries
